The Adult System is for individuals checking themselves in/out. The Family System allows parents to check children/dependents in/out using the parent's email/PIN. You choose the system type when you set up each Location within your admin dashboard.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your admin dashboard. Billing adjustments will be prorated automatically.

Adult System: Each individual member or user counts towards the limit. Family System: Each unique parent email counts as one user. Children or dependents linked to parents do not count towards the user limit.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely via Stripe. Invoice payments may be available for Enterprise plans upon request.
